• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

So how about that new Viper?

Only one real way to find out and im sure eventually it will be done. Im sure insideline, motortrend, and leftlane all are ready to pit these two against each other.

Obviously the Zr1 will loose since its clearly has less HP, only vette that would be able to beat it is if it came out with a new and better one in 2013 or 2014

Are you not smart enough to realize that the ZR1 had 38 MORE HP than the Viper and still lost? Now it has the same, and the Viper has 40 more than it did. Get off the 2 more hp thing already.

38 more hp? Ive read that the Viper has 640HP, the Zr1 has 638HP.

Heres some links

2012 Chevy Corvette ZR1 | Performance Sports Car | Chevrolet

EDIT: And are you saying that the older viper had less and still the viper won? last time i check the viper did 0-60 in 4secs while the Zr1 did it in 3.3. Either way im just saying that the NEW viper is faster than the ZR1.

The ACR is still has 600 hp.

Either way the older viper lost to the Zr1, The New viper will Beat the Zr1. Thats all im saying, i love the ZR1 but it has met its match/maker to the new Viper.

BTW there is a guy who my friend knows whos his neighbor and is a rich kinda guy totally into American cars and is going to buy the new Viper once it hits the market. I hope to get pics of it if he gets it

The ACR should be able to beat the ZR1, it's a track car that is street legal while the ZR1 is a street car that can be taken on the track. I'm also excited to see what Chevy's answer will be to the new Viper with the C7.

Viper wins with less horsepower. Comparing a ZR1 to a non ACR is like comparing a wolf to a chihuahua.

Well i looked it up and i stand corrected, still like the ZR1 anyways.

Yes i wonder what chevy will do wit the C7

I wonder why you would buy a laguna seca and dump tens of thousands in mods into it just to be lapped by a modded miata.

But that doesnt stop me from wanting a "fast" stock car.
