Mine is 2" thick

ZZP/WBS stage 2 aluminum is 2-1/4"
ZZP phenolic is 2 3/8"

Got to remove the hood blanket but that 1/4" or 3/8" differece will fit most cars. I don't have any first hand experience with anything but 2003 bonneville. I didn't cut my hood with a GEN 5, N* and I didn't have to use the throttle body turndown.
