Smoked headlights and taillights? IDC if theyre covers or not i think they look flippin awesome! Does any1 know a cheap place to pick up the sets at?? J.W i had a dream about what i want my GTP to look like in a dew months so why not start now little and then get more gradually :D Also are smoked covers illegal Just wonderin thanks :th_skull:
 


headlight covers are for "off road use only" if you get stopped, just tell the cop you forgot they were on, take then off and hope you dont get a ticket. Do NOT tint your headlights!
 
Advance Auto and Auto Zone carries some in stock but idk if they would have some for the GP's in stock... im sure they could order some for you.
 
yea I just ordered a pair of avs covers from Murrays today, $49.99 and they come in tomorrow morning...
 
Just remember if you tint your tails, and you are involved with someone rear ending you. There is a good chance YOU will be found at fault due to limited visibility of the tinted tails. Its Russian Roulette*. But if you feel lucky? More power to ya.

It has happened to a few friends I know personally. Not just in the GP Community, but in general. Also here in MO, if you have tails tinted, they will fail your inspection till either you remove the tint or replace them with untinted stockers.
 


Alright so i picked up my AVS smoked HL covers and man does it give the a great look and very simple to put on and take off. Even though they are just smoked it still looks black out, unless of course you lights are on. The only downside is night time driving, with the covers your lights only put out like 10-20% of the normal light out put. So your fogs better work before you try to drive with those on at night. Other than that smoked HL covers are pretty sick!
 


I had som on mine and had them color matched to the car. Looked pretty sick. Of course they were only for show use. As for driving at night with them, check your local laws because I know most states if not all it's illegal.
 
Does anybody know if they make smoked headlights for the 04-08 GP? I would just paint them myself except 1: I don't want to risk messing it up, and 2: I just want the clip-on ones. Anybody have a website where they carry them? please let me know.
