Smelly exhaust at WOT

Ok lately I've been noticing exhaust fumes in the cabin after full wot. Never had this issue before so I'm trying to gather some insight. Recent changes to the car include oil change and PCM from reptile. Any thoughts? Also my ltfts lock in a 4.6 at wot if that helps. Isn't the tune because before sensor values were calibrated the ltft and stft locked in at 0.0.

Air temp, different gas meaning your area could have changed over to winter gas already, things like can change your fuel trims.

For the smell how soon after the oil change did you go wot and notice the smell, if right after it could be some oil that dripped down somewhere just burning off. If your cat is old then it might be a little clogged.

I'm thinking two weeks after the oil change. Exhaust leak is likely but I'm not sure. I did do some listening under the hood and all I gathered was some clicking noises that I attributed to being my injectors.

Also cat is fairly new

Well the cat will smell if it hasn't been heated up much to burn off all that new stuff so it could be that if you hadn't been driving it hard after the new cat.

I'm having the same issue, I've got an 05 N/A, and after I go WOT, I can smell some exhaust fumes or possibly the smell of burning oil after being on it for a bit or letting off. I replaced my valve cover gaskets and grommets with Felpro's within the month. There IS still residual oil right along the edges of the valve covers, left from when the old ones were leaking. It's been raining here constantly, so I haven't had a chance yet to degrease and detail the engine bay. Could that be causing it?

I'll have to listen for any ticks that obviously aren't the injectors, but even if it was an exhaust manifold gasket going, could that REALLY cause fumes to get to the cabin? I can notice it even when I'm doing like 70-80mph, and it's very odd...

Try PCV valve if you are smelling oil. Nothing else its cheap and typical maintenance.

Describe the smell more... does it smell like burnt oil or burnt eggs?
