Welcome to those ****ty projectors. Those ccfl lights look nice though. My buddy has some on his truck and another buddy on his 300 and they are super bright.

yea they look sweet but cant say the same for output, how is theres bright if they have the same as mine and my output sucks? did they retro them or threw in HID's?

Made by different companies. The 300 has crappy light output, but the silverado has pretty good light output.

wow thats a pretty slick gp, those halos look good, throw HIDs in there and u wont have no problems.. i have met a ton of folks around here that hate their halos due to output, i sold em some HIDs and they were super happy after, tried convincing my wife to let me get some halos but of corse she wont but ill just continue trying to clean my stockers went salvage yard seaching today for some that were in better shape but had no luck. oh and by the way hows the plastidip holding up? all and all urs looks pretty dang good

thanks man i appreciate it, and im getting hit and misses with the HID kit on projectors, some ppl say it will work and the light output will be wayy better some ppl say it wont be that much better but i personall think it will be better, and the plastidip is holding up REAL nice, im thinking about getting a plastidip gloss coat to make them shiny instead of matte black, and u mine as well stay stock with the headlights, clean them up and do retrofit and u will be 100% satisfied, wat year GP u got bro?

i got an 04, just installed HIDs on her today.... just got finished tinting the tails, i like halos alot just not a huge fan of projectors cuz they look like iguana eyes lol

i love the look i just wish i did my reasearch on how ****ty the output was, but i learn from my mistakes, i should of kept stock headlights and cleaned them up good then did retros, retros look absolutely sick and output is outstanding, i cant wait till i fix my car up more and make her look nicer and get some moar powa!

yea im hoping to find a series 3 around here on CL to pic up and start either a boost build or build all motor i think i would get alil more praise if i went all motor, and im about to drop some 40 series on it with my vette tips and get an actual "CAI" lol right now i just got a filter on the MAF

honestly exhaust system wont be much of a gain, other the headers, stick with mufflers/tips, u N/A or u got a gtp? dont put flowmasters or magnaflow on cause it will be MAD drony unless u want the car to be quiet, and u should post pics of ur ride as well

Well there was a guy that made a 4.3 up to 560 hp, so I don't think 350 all motor hp would be bad, shave the heads full port polish 12 to 1 pistons and of course stroke it.... Or just run 8.5 to 1 pistons full port polish with a series 3 supercharger, love the whine

i will be painting the grills black tomorrow (weather permiting) u think i should keep the pontiac symbol black with the black grills or go back to red color with the black grills? i will have pics tomorrow
