SLP 1:8 rocker pushrods

Hello all, sorry for the noob question but I forget things.

Picked up a 2004 Grand Prix GT (n/a) for my kids that had a blown motor. Already got a new (used from Morad parts) motor to swap in.

Being a Grand Prix guy I have used parts laying around I was going to put on with the motor swap. HV3 insert, plog & ported rear mani with down pipe, CAI, and SLP 1:8 rockers & pushrods.

When getting my parts together for the swap I noticed the SLP pushrods are different lengths than stock. Do the longer ones go on the intake or exhaust?. These were taken off a blown L67 that had a stage 1 cam.

Thnaks in advance, search didn't yield anything useful to me.

If it's like any other 3800 the pushrod lengths are suppose to be the same length unless the cam is huge.

I think they say the XPZ cam might require different lengths but a stage 1 cam is no where near that aggressive.

The ZZP 1.9 rockers all have the same length pushrods and so do stock pushrods. If this is a stock cam, you need to have the same length pushrods for intake and exhaust.

Engines like the 3100 and 3400 had different pushrods for the intake and exhaust.

Thanks, I remember thinking it was weird when I disassembled the old engine. Have installed 1:9 rockers on several 3800s in the past using stock pushrods. Maybe that contributed to the old L67 I took them from grenading. Two lobes were wiped also.
