after the cat converte the exhaust has something that looks like a 02 sensor. does anybody know what it is?

I wouldn't let my teenage child near my Shelby Mustang.

A slow 3100 GP is perfectly fine.

Ok, im pissed i went a bought new spark plugs , spark plug wires, cleaned the MAF sensor and put some sea-foam in it and its still a turd. what should i do next?
