slight wetness in exhaust, no smoke, no overheating, what is it?

So I still actualy have yet to replace the EGR on 2000 GTP, I posted here a couple weeks ago, then I got really sick and havent been able to attend to anything. So, I still have an SES light on throwing P401 but also, I believe i am getting a little coolant out the exhaust, not enough to be dripping or anything, but enough to make the tips appear moist, and I am sure its not oil, because it, effectively "drys up" the other thing is the car never has overheated at all, and does not ever smoke at all, not on idle, not while driving.....Could this at all be part of the EGR issue, or do I need to dig deeper?

You sure it is coolant or is it just condensation from the heat of the exhaust. Also the cat will produce water.

I am actually not sure to be honest......my resovoir is a little gunky and the coolant in there was pretty nasty, but not really like oil, more like old dex cool and stop leak....I am thinking a oolant flush is in order to start...is there possibility the head gasket is failing and letting oil in the water, but no water in the oil?

so after chilling out and talking to a couple peeps, I dont think i have a major issue, and need to get the EGR taken care of first, going to attempt to clean it tomorrow.....does the electrical connection on top of the egr just pull out or does it have clips or something? I dont want to just go yanking on it...
