Simple Thermostat Question

its the cold weather. my car aint passed 170 in two weeks. i got a drilled 195 t stat. and thats normal for my car when it gets cold. summer im at 200 or more.
 


I think i might just swap it out. And go from there. It was 50 yesterday and eariler today and it stayed at 180. So its regulating at 180. Its an autozone (Valucraft?) one. Maybe ill make sure its an 195 stat first though lol. Ill update you guys soon, thank you
