But you'll need proof it was even shipped.
 
he normally isnt one to screw anyone over, Im sure it was just a misunderstanding. I just sent him a text notifying him of this issue. Hopefully you get it resolved, if anything, just file a claim against him to get your money back, unless you sent it as a gift.
 


Figured I would add that I have cleared this up. Package was lost in transit, I figured he got it because I hadn't heard anything from him since. Refunding him his money as soon as he gives me his paypal address.
