Not sure, he was behind me before I got on the off ramp.
2 younger guys, tinted windows, something like 2.5" chrome pipes sticking out the back, all i saw we he went by.
 
That is odd that you dont see many around you down in sterling heights. That is around the area of the main HQ for the Exiled car club and the majority of the cars in the club are Grand Prixs.

and same here with the local scene, saw one other guy once that was cammed apparently, hopefully when spring rolls back around I can do some searching
