signal light clicking constantly

Hello My first time on this forum and do I need help. Have a 2005 Grand Prix and my signal indicator will not stop making a clicking sound. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong. It is driving me CRAZZY.
 


i think we need a better description, when is it clicking? all the time, only when its being used, are the turn signals working, all of them?
 
i have the same problem when my signal is on, and i am turning the wheel, it clicks about ever 16th of a turn then?
