Found a 2002 Bonneville SSEI on CL for parts

Maroon in color with Tan leather interior.
Info:
210k on body, motor was replaced with a used one (she forgot how many miles it had) at 180k.
Rust by the gas fill (typical)
Body has some dents/paint peeling
Interior is pretty decent
All glass is good
Has flat tires
Clean title
Doesn't run the best/stalls out sometimes

They want $700 for the car as a whole, im thinking of buying it and fixing it up a bit for a beater car.
Does this seem like a decent deal? I mean its only 700 bucks..?

Yes, get it running good, clean it up a little. Beat it for a while then flip it for $$
