Shift kit install gone bad

So i installed a transgo shift kit and accidentally reversed the lines going to the accumulator. We had no neutral and reverse slipped bad. Took it for a test drive(bad idea) at low residential speeds and every time it would shift into third the car would act like it hit a brick wall until it downshifted back to 2nd. Anyways I swapped the lines back and everything worked fine except now i have severe slip in reverse and 1st also the 2-3 is rough at low throttle. It is intermittent though. I've played around with different trans settings trying to band-aid it until I'm on vacation and can replace it although it is hard to tell if it's effective because it's an intermittent problem. Anyone have any advice on making this sucker last until November?
 


During the process of installing the shift kit i reversed the lines when i put the accumulator back in. Trans worked fine before that.
