The two pieces of piston aren't even connected.....
It won't turn over, hmmmmmm

I bought a 99 GTP with a "blown motor" he said he was just driving along , it started to miss and then it stalled.... What a load of crap! I bought it for the trans but was going to use the top swap parts for my GT but there were pieces of aluminum and iron in the intake manifold and blower. I didn't see any coating damaged from the screws but I will have to take it apart and send the heads out. He had 1.9 rockers with a 3.4 pulley on factory springs and exhaust manifolds.
 


Looks like it just dropped a valve and boom went the piston. And a 3.4 w/ 1.9's on factory springs and mani's, that thing was destined to eat itself sooner or later anyway, valve or not. KR would have probably killed it too. Let me guess, he was always running 87 octane in it too, lol... wha happen?

I'm pretty sure that was the case.
 
Can we save this thread ? so when people ask 3x a week "can I run 1.9s on stock springs" we just link them here ?
