Shaking and misfiring at idle

so i ordered 1 inch shorter dog bones and nick told me to kick myself in the ribs because it ****s **** up, well after i took them off i notice that the inside of my car shakes pretty bad, you can see and feel it, the dash will vibrate and so does my HUD. This happens even at stop lights not when i just turn it on, so im thinking i ****ed up my motor mount? but before i go replacing **** i want to know what else it could be.

My misfire problem, as i turn my car on i get a multiple misfire code and check my scan gauge, and its only cylinder two and it goes away as soon as my cars warm and or over 10 mph. so i think thats a vacuum leak but like the motor mount i want to know what else i should check for when searching for solution, i just had my plugs gapped regapped and then gapped again and theyve all been right, also just got new wires so thats not it. so what is it?
 


Spray around with carb clean to try and find a vac leak, and run some seafoam threw the gas tank. If neither of those help I would swap the coils to see if the miss moves.
 


lol, im misfiring because injector one is not in the right position, the ****ing idiot that owned the car before me had bent the fuel rails causing them to fail this whole time, i knew i was leaking but didnt realize it was gasoline! explains the misfires, and the gas mileage..
