I need help!! My ses light just came on and the codes i'm pulling are P1651 & P1652. According to research the codes mean that I have a cooling fan 1 & 2 problem. The codes correlate with each other. What could be the cause of this!? Could it be a bad PCM or shorted wires? I had a manual cooling fan switch added about a year ago as well. Help please!!
