service power steering abs system traction control warning

I just saw that the service power steering abs and traction control warning come on and became harder to turn. I believe the power steering pump does have a whining sound to it when driving but is worse when i turn. Would this be a power steering pump issue? Fluid level is good.
 


Warnings were not showing today. I went to check to codes and the only code it had was p1811
maximum adaptive and long term shift
ecm has detected the shift execution time has exeeded the required shift time period

cause
trailer towing may falsely set code.......i dont tow with a car
low line pressure-plugged filter or pump failure
computer relearn may be required
 


If you find a fix for this please let me know!

I do have a hitch on mine, but haven't towed anything for over 50,000kms.

Which pump/filter?

I'm having the same problem on my 04 GT, it doesnt make sense that the traction control. abs and power steering would all fail simultaneously. please help
