serpintine belt



I drove my L36 98K with the same belt, and was good the day I sold it. So I would guess 150K on a belt would be pushing it.

It would probably last longer in a place that doesnt salt their roads. It depends on how old it is in years too. a belt that is 10 yrs old should probably be replaced even if it only has 20k on it in my opinion.
 
No age estimate will be accurate. I'd say check it every 5-10k miles. When you start seeing cracks it's time to replace.
 
Bought my car with 75K, 7 years old and it needed a belt badly.

Second it cracks consider taking the half an hour it takes to go to the store get one and put it on.
