• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Okay so i got HIDs they worked fine the first day then started flickering n one would stay on other wouldnt. Got the relay harness put it in still doing the SAME thing..so maybe its the bulb right?? No switched the bulbs NOW instead of it going out it just flickers like a strobe light:confused:...any suggestions??? thanks in advance!!!

So on the troubleshooting website where i got the HIDs from it said to test the ballast directly to the battery...did that and the light still flickered...defective ballast????

Well let me rephrase that its hard to explain besides flicker but its not like super fast flicker like it was before... its slower now? idk just dumb. waste of money next time will DEF go with something a lil more expensive

i dont see why not. they are having troubles with processing orders right now, but its out of their control. i ordered mine last monday, ill let you know how they turn out when they get here by then end of next week...

Yea if you still have flickering, it's probably a cheap kit. Get yourself something nicer and save yourself the headache. My cousin still has his flickering ones he got from ebay for cheap.

Damn okay will do...hopefully they will return this ballast and give me another one cuz the one light is fine its just the other one is actin up. N ya let me know how u like the hids. Thank you all!

Put in a 4700 uf 35 volt or 4700 uf 50 volt capacitor on the factory connector to the HIDs. This changes the voltage fluctuations for DRL and all is good. Cheap or expensive HIds it doesn't make a difference. It has nothing to do with the cost of the HID kit. It has everything to do with the voltage the car is sending to the kit, and DRL's work great for halogen but not for HID.
The best way to check the kit is to turn on the lights at install not the DRL.
