• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

selliott turbo gp

3rd Gear with the torque converter clutch locked is about as close as we get to measuring direct crank power output both horsepower and torque minus the transmission losses of approximately 20%.

Sorry we went out to eat afterwards, hp numbers are the same surprisingly / disappointingly but I'm at 107% of my injector, lowered the timing back down to 16 from 18 so no real gains. I was just amazed at the torque and that's the weighted Dyno number not the inertia

While I was there they were telling me about this boost controller, how it works was a bit over my pay grade but it allows you to map out your whole boost curve and receives a signal from your non drive wheels so it knows when your having traction loss and can adjust accordingly. Basically what he told me was he can take his 1400hp cobra down a gravel road or wet pavement and it will hook up instead of spinning.

Latest update, fuel pressure regulator broke (I hit it with a hammer) new fuel rails and regulator installed just to find out I had a dead injector. New injectors installed and headed back to the Dyno on Saturday.

Well all systems seems to be functioning, after solving the fueling issue the pita made 455 on the weighted dyno which roughly translates to 523.2 on the inertia give or take. But the new thing is I seem to be maxing out the turbo at 25 lbs...unless I have a boost leak, which is possible. Oh well I guess
