• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

selliott turbo gp

He said evap LOL who the fck runs that ****

Nothing wrong with running evap. It won't hurt performance at all and it marginally affects mpg. I drive a daily so I still care for emissions. I agree, for high horsepower applications, you're polluting enough anyways so who cares at that point.

And the point wasn't directly about the evap system, but that you could potentially create a hazard, pollute, and set codes if you don't have them tuned out.

Again, if you read, that's just my opinion. I'm sure plenty of people don't care about a tiny hazard like that, but all it takes is one spark, personally I'd rather not risk it.

Exhaust leak somewhere and high fuel trims, may or may not be related. Basically I want to give everything a once over so I'm not spending Dyno time fixing stuff.

Found a large exhaust leak, all the back plog bolts were finger tight. Wstefan20 came over and helped me with a lot of stuff, big thank you to him. Fuel cannister situation has now been fixed. Ordered new AR103 plugs and MSD wires so I just need to replace my air filter and I should be ready to go.

The fact you couldnt waste a ws6................422whp which means you must put the bullet in the chamber and open your mouth!

Its going in for a tune and Dyno, it's still on it's "safe" base tune. It should make well over 422.....it better anyways

We are at lsxklr in Bonner springs using an Eddy current weighted Dyno. I've already been told it's a heart breaker and reads low soooooooo bring on the heartbreak

It currently has a walbro 400 and 80 lb injectors. I'm at 91% of my injectors, I thought it would be plenty but I guess I was wrong. It's now set at 19.1 lbs of boost. It's still got plenty left on the table if I wanted to push it more but I will probably leave it alone. I really haven't had a chance to drive it since the tune to see how much of a change it made so hopefully tomorrow

I also didn't know for 20lbs of boost the spark plug gap should be .30, I had them at .40 and it kept blowing out the spark, good to know.

over 15 I hear should be .035, so I would believe that at 20.

So what you gonna do, bigger injectors? Up the fuel pressure? So dam close!

At this point I will probably leave it alone. I'm now dealing with high engine temps (the fans aren't working properly) I'm gonna retorque the heads bc it was never done, drive it for awhile and then we will see. What is the torque spec on the head studs? They are ARP.
