The metal piece under the drivers seat That holds to foam up to give the seat support broke so now my seat saggs

is that piece replaceable?

What should I do?

You can buy that metal frame. I replaced mine but ended up just putting new springs and wires to replace the snapped/broken ones. Go to GM and ask them to search for "seat wire frame" I think it's called.
