I prefer Techron for fuel system cleaning. Seafoam's mixture can help clean injectors, but if you look at the ingredients, there are much better additives out there for the fuel system.
I do love Seafoam for cleaning the valves however. Suck it in through the brake booster line and let it soak for 20-30 minutes. As long as it doesn't go through the turbo then no worries. It'll be hard to crank, but once it fires up, take it for a drive until you stop getting smoke out the exhaust, and you're good to go.
I did actually put it in my oil once, back when I first got my car. But it was just to clean out all the gummed up conventional crap the rental place left in there too long. It can cause leaks used that way, and I wouldn't do it with a turbo since the turbo is lubed with the oil. I'm not sure if the bearings would take it or not.

my car looked like a rock concert out the tail pipe. im surprised the fire dept didnt come. i also just did the 1/3 of a can in the brake booster hose, and the rest in the gas tank.
to many bad stories about putting it in the oil.

it goes through out the intake, any where vacuum goes.
you pull the brake booster hose off the booster, then put your thumb over the hose, then start the engine, now pinch the end of the hose so the car will stay running, this hose being open is a huge vac leak, then pour the seafoam in the hose, it will suck it in. when yo near the end of your 1/3 of a can, dump enough in to stall the engine, then let it sit for 20 minutes, then fire it up and rev the engine, if its dirty inside it will smoke like a muther out the tail pipes.

If you're supercharged, dont use the brake booster line, there have been some bad stories about how it affects the rotor coating.
I use the vac line that comes off the bottom of the bbv and runs over to the tee on the lim under the snout.
I just dipped the end of the hose into the can and let it suck it up, helps to have a person to shut it off so you dont have to scramble and run around to kill it.
