• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

SDD fuel rails

We are in some of the final stages of devolpment.

We are sorry to keep you guys waiting. We keep coming up with little improvements and ways to bring cost down. Part of the delay also is testing. We refuse to release somthing unless it has been fully tested. Everytime we make a small change we need to test it.....We hope everyone will like the new options and price.
We do have some sets ready to go.....they are the "Plumb it yourself" versions tho. They would not simply hook up to stock lines.
If you are doing a full stainless steel hose setup with AN fittings then we can get you a set out pretty quick.

If you guys looking for updates or have any questions please feel free to email us.

Me too.

Maybe even run an additional inline fuel pump if the stock one, I'm still running, decides it cant keep up some day.

Side note...polished up a set of PRJ fuel rails for a customer, and I think they came out pretty pimp!

Got rid of that ugly ass red anodizing. ;) This is how fuel rails should look, or at least have the option to look when you buy them IMO. These suckers shine like there is no tomorrow. They will look so bad ass installed. I even mirror polished all the stainless brackets and all the hard wear. Oh-la-la. :D

Hijack over, back to the thread at hand.

If you could get me a list of parts I would need and maybe some directions then I could be a guinea pig for you. Money ready

We would be intrested in a guinea pig....but not for the rails. We have quite a few cars we are able to test these on.
We would need a little info to help you setup a whole new fuel system.
The standard rails have -6 fittings and the Fatman units have -8.
Please take these fitting sizes into account while plumbing your fuel system.
This version of the rails also do not have way to adapt your stock FPR.
You would need to use an aftermarket Fuel pressure regulator or find a way to adapt the stock unit.

Custom fuel systems are somthing that we are still working all the details out on.
We are also working on becoming a vendor for Earls fittings as well if you need any hard to find fittings as well.

What are you looking for people to test? I would be willing to help out if I can.

BTW sent an email, I am interested in a set of the ones I would plumb myself.

I HIGHLY recommend SDD fuel rails!!!!!!!!

have them on the street car. they have a high polish shine on them much like the ones in the pic.

ME LIKEY!!! I hate my red anodized finish!!!!!!! Those Look really sweet!

It is quite a coincidence that these are mentioned. Low cost and an ideal design was always the goal. The first designs worked well but were not able to work with every setup(egr, some IC cores) and cost would of been what everyone else is selling them for. Trying to get a working setup that did not have any compromises as far as cost and flow was the problem.
We justed started a redesign of them in early january. The new design allows the routing of fuel lines to be shorter(which was able to bring cost down) as well as being able to clear most setups. A new FPR design was needed as well if we are going to release a top of the line rail. We are testing more next month.

It seemed like these were scraped to most people but we had no intentions of trying to sell a rail design that was going to cost as much as others on the market with no gain from making the switch.

Ill update this thread with a few shots of the new rails when we begin testing

There are 4-5 cars running our old style rails. 2 of which have been daily drivers for close to a year. Ricky G's recently got a small revision but were unchanged for the most part.

I'm in need of some rails for my black car, what is the price gonna be on these? The car i'm working on has a 1.91" ILGPC IC core w/ stock injector and stock lines...
