scratcy intake noise

I have this noise coming from my intake area on low rpm, like driving around neighborhood streets that sounds like a shovel being dragged across concrete only at low rpms though. Does not make the sound at idle. Is it the coupler or the IAC valve. Its annoying as shyt

Well the couple should only make that noise at idle if that's the problem

Its called deal with the 3800 IAC...there are all like that. If you dont like it put the factory intake back on.
