scratching rattling noise when turning!

My gtp has been making thia scratching rattling noise when I turn and its almost unbearable to hear. Sounds like somethings being dragged along something that's being rotatted. Happens when I make tight turns and wide turns left or right doesn't matter sounds like I'm killing some metal monsters or something bizzare like that haha :/ any ideas?!
