Scratching/grinding noise when gas is applied

My GP is an 05 GT, and whenever I apply gas, regardless of whether it is in gear or in neutral/park, there is a scratching noise coming from the front center. I can't completely say grinding because it doesn't sound like so, it's just a very weird scratching noise, very hard to describe.

The car acts normal, it accelerates fine and there is no handling difference, not to mention I've replaced both front LCA's, the right CV axle and wheel hub, new Dorman sway bar and bushings/endlinks. So I can rule out the suspension. And the fact that the noise is identical when the tranny is disengaged makes me think that it's either engine related or possibly belt/pulley related. I will try giving it some gas with the serpentine off today and report back on those results, I think it could possibly be the bearing going on my already unfunctional A/C.

The noise is almost like a squirting noise too, like oil, but I replaced my leaking valve cover gaskets and grommets within the last two weeks along with a full sea foam treatment, synthetic oil, etc. Full maintenance and the noise is still exactly the same.

I don't know, I'm stumped on this one, there's another rattle in the front right at any speeds over about 30 mph but at this point I think that's just a loose bolt or a rock in my fender or something. This noise is just really starting to make me nervous about the reliability of my car.

It's been raining all day here so I haven't gotten a chance to take the belt off just yet :/

My belt is in good shape, I just replaced it about a month ago because the old one was cracked and dry rotted pretty badly, looked like it was the stock belt D: Pretty ridiculous considering the car has 86,000 miles on it.

And the tensioner arm/pulley seems fine, the belt is nice and taught.

Took the belt off a while ago, started it up and revved it up between 2-3k RPM, and no sign of the scratching, it must be one of the pulley's, and I'm suspecting the A/C. Time for an A/C delete I guess, no point in doing the whole system now as it's going to start getting cold soon enough :P
