Scoop Style Grille Inserts For A 99 GTP?

Where could I go about finding scoop inserts for the grille of a 99 GTP?

I believe I saw a user thread last year about this. I'm unsure if he made it himself, or if it was bought somewhere. Couldn't find it, nor anywhere else on the interwebs (only on Grand Ams). I am certain it was a Grand Prix that I had saw the scoop inserts in previously.

Hoping someone could shed some light on where to find said item. This image should be enough of a reference to what I'm talking about. Thanks!
