SC removal Hung up on accuator

so Im having the needle bearings replaced was able to free up all my injectors and fuel rods and TB fine but after removing the brace for the actuator or BBV on the front TB side im really puzzled as to how to remove it none of the write ups really touch on it any help would be greatly appreciated
