The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.
Basically what the title says. I was going to change the fluid in the SC for the first time i have owned the car and I noticed the Allen hole is stripped. Any sugestions on how to get it out with out drilling. Dont want to get any pieces in the SC.
Obviously it won't...since I've done it plenty of times...and I did it last night on a buddy of mines Cobalt who needed the S/C oil changed...dealer might have stripped it out or maybe the previous owner? Who knows...all I know is as long as your not using an aluminum hex...it'll be fine. All I know is you can't just say "leave the blower oil alone"....Because it, just like every other lubricant needs to be changed eventually...also, if your snout seal is bad...and the blower happens to leak...you have to service it and re-fill it eventually.
