ok so im getting black s style saleen rims....they are 18x9 mustang wheels with a +24 offset...if i dont lower my car do i have to roll my fenders or no? and i was running 17x8 mustang wheels with a +24 offset and had no rubbing so i figure the 18x9's will only add a half inch on each side so it should rub with 255's right? you only roll the back fenders anyway right and i heard its easy....lemme know if anybody has a pic of 17x9 bullits with the +24 offset( 94-04 mustang rims) i wanna see the difference...

you wont know until you get them and ride around with them for a while if you need to roll the fenders or not. with that offset im going to say yes because those are some wide rims. most of the guys running 18x9 go with the +36mm offset for safe keeping.

the 17x9 wheels do not compare to the 18x9 wheels. there are a ton of guys running 17x9 without issues, but the 18x9 is a whole 'nother ball game. id suggest looking into a higher offset if youre worried about having to roll your fenders.

not worried about rolling fenders.....but i wanna know for sure i can ride these with rolled fenders with out issues

are you planning to lower the car? if you are yes you will need to roll. as far as looks the only different with the 17x9 and 18x9 is the 18x9 are deep dish. if you go with 255/45 tires it will ONLY rub when backing out the car, that is if the tires are brand spanking new, but once the tires are worn down little bit. the rubbing is gone.
