Sad News Today

Had the day off work since the weather was so nice out and was having a little fun with the turbo car (just WG spring) and from a dead stop it has developed a shudder under moderate throttle....Still seems to be doing ok with light throttle.

Turbo w/stock trans = only a matter of time before rebuild happens. Good think I have a couple things laying around

To be honest I haven't been that hard on the car. Try and roll into the throttle instead of mashing it "BillBoost37" style. Not a big deal though....basically the day the turbo kit went in I've been setting aside for a built trans fund.

This weekend I'm heading back to my home town where my 99 2dr has been in storage....so looks like I'm gonna be bringing that one back home with me this time. Trying to have a built trans put in the car by the end of May.

Good news today and bad news today....

Good = Have been pushing the car a little more and trying to get it to act up again. Transmission hasn't skipped a beat.
Bad = Haven't been able to get it to act up again....seeing that it's done it once there is obviously an underlying issue.

Edit....Bad = I did get it to act up again....looks like I'll just have to keep my foot out of it until the built trans is ready to go in.
