• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I joined this site years ago when I first bought my GTP. I daily drove it for about 3 or 4 years. The ole girl didn't see much action the last couple of years because I became a caregiver for my Uncle who had a heart transplant. He's doing fine now. Got the car out a couple of weeks ago and had to fix a couple of brake lines and put a couple of sensors on it.

I am a machinist by trade and have a small hobby shop in my garage with a couple of CNC mills. I'll be doing a lot of reading on here to fix a couple more of the small things to fix on the car.

P.S. I was daily driving a 98 chevy truck. This car is soooo... much more fun to drive!!!!!

Welcome back. Glad to hear your Uncle is doing better and you are freed up to tinker.

I would love to have access to a mill. I do a lot of remote programming and never even get to see it run. Do you program conversationally or using software?

Oh, and welcome back!

The machines are made by a company called Tree. They have Dynepath controls. It is a conversational type programming. I use cadcam to program, and also manual data input at the control.
