Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

S/C developed a leak

Right before a recent trip, I noticed oil on the intake manifold, below the supercharger. I watched the oil level throughout the trip and only ended up adding a small amount during the 1000 miles I drove, so it's only seeping. I suspect I have not gotten a good seal when I put the nose back on recently. The anaerobic sealer was still wet after a couple weeks of driving. Is this normal?

What is the proper way to clean the mating surfaces? I am thinking a razor blade would be a good choice.

Also, the bolt that runs vertical, into the intake, how does a person account for the gasket material that is there from the factory if it's no longer complete? This will certainly affect the seal.

when i did my coupler, the bolt with the straight down bolt also leaked. gaskets broke off and was lost. i took the bolt out, and rtv'd the bolt good, and put it back in, leak stopped after that.

did my lim gaskets later on, new gsket installed no leaks afterwards.

Does anything actually seal using that bolt? I didn't notice, if so. I guess I wasn't sure of its purpose.

Is the wet anaerobic sealer unusual after this much time?

In looking at this over the weekend, I noticed oil on the underside of the hood.

Back when I was putting in the new bearings, I missed a step and pushed the shaft out of its proper location. In doing this, I had to remove the seal and reinstall it since I had to start the whole procedure over. Even though I had lubricant on all the parts beforehand, would it stand to reason that I may have compromised the snout seal by removing and reinstalling? It appeared perfect, upon inspection after removal, but maybe there was something I missed?
