Rusted downpipe bolts

Try a punch first. If that doesn't work drill it out. Make sure you use some oil to keep the bit cool if you go that route.
 


The trusty, rusty downpipe bolts is why I didn't even attempt to swap my downpipe when I got it. That and my buddy with a shop and a lift said he'd do it for $30. LOL

The bolts actually came out. He had to use a bolt out socket on the one because the head was rounding, but it zipped right off once it gripped.

I really need to replace my resonator. I'm actually considering just doing a temp patch with some copper RTV and a band clamp. I might actually try a piece of 1000mph tape first just to make sure that is the only pinhole so I dong waste my money on a band clamp. LOL
