Rust Repair Help

Woops didn't see that last post. 600 grit. I'd start off with 320 once you chip off the loose paint, to wear the edge down. Then step to 400 or 600 to finish up. The bare metal needs more like 180 as a finish grit because its so much harder than paint. After the bare metal is covered with primer, thats when you go for the 600 grit.
