Rust/overspray?

after buying my grand prix about 3 months ago ive got some overspray from the previous owner doing a bad touch up job in quite a few spots, is there anything i could use that would really remove some of it so i have the normal shine back instead of that crappy spray look? and also my wheel wells and a small chip of paint are damaged and was wondering what kind of money im looking at to have the wells done? my paint is also somewhat faded under one of the windows, so could i be looking at a decent amount of money for all of this? ive got some decent maintenance to take care of first so obviously ill be waiting awhile to do any body repairs im just curious, thanks lol

probably a lot of different answers. i had rocker rust on one of my gtp's and local shop advised me not to do it because the car wasn't worth it. they wanted 1500 a side for that i think (to do it by the book correct). so a buddy of mine knows the guys and owner of a shop in another town that restores and sells cars and he was going to charge 50 an hour for whatever he did plus i'm sure materials. he said he could take it as far as i wanted or just kind of put it back together so it would hold the ground effects again. it had some wheel well rust pretty bad too in the front wheel and the fender rattled and kinked with the door when you opened the door.

point is, gotta shop around. i would suggest car scrap yards or craigslist for replaceable body parts like your door. if you find a matching one and change it yourself you can save a bunch. fenders are like 30 bucks and bumpers. i would bet a door is 50 or so.
