The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.
Removed old orings and cleaned them up a little they had a little black rtv on a few of the lower orings. No auto parts store had orings around me. They should be here Friday or Saturday. Should give me time to get the rewire on and test the car for water leaks. It's still wet, fans been going 24/7 since Sunday night. It's just been too humid nothing wants to dry. plus I'm going to have to clean the carpets because they are nasty and smell. Someone told me about vinegar and water mix. Might try that.
For the odor, put a plate of chopped citrus fruit and charcoal briquets in there for a few days until the fruit rots. Charcoal soaks in old smell, fruit replaces with pleasant but faint and natural smell. Just throwing down tips, you can leave them on the ground or pick them up and dust them off for use.
If you have a decently powerful vacuum, baking soda sprinkled on the carpet, then hitting it with a sprayer bottle of vinegar will bring up some of the crap that's been soaked into the carpet... Then once it dries use a stiff bristled brush and the vacuum to get it all out, it'll also help with the "fluff" of the carpet.
Wife just pointed that out to me on Pinterest, who knew? Lol
Car starts with no missfires or vac leaks or fuel leaks so das good. Going to clean the interior tomorrow and check for leaks. If it doesn't rain like it did today.
