I'm not sure what all I have, other than what Bills trans and no rear 02 code. I think I might have the timing bumped a little, but Scotty knows better than me. I'm happy either way, lol. I've always wanted to start the debate though...Dsmuts vs Reptile....

I would like some input/opinions.
I plan to get a set of retros hopefully, I'm undecided on a color scheme for them.
Also with the blacked out ones I was wanting blacked out corners except were the reflectors are so the blinker is still visible from a good distance with either clear corners or not depending on cost of them.
1. Blacked out housings with white shrouds (thinking it would break up the murdered out look from a black car with black windows while adding some contrast but not too much.)
2. Blacked out housings with black shrouds (a good old standby that would look good on anything imo)
3. Leave them all chrome.

Well you've seen my scheme, blacked out housings and chrome shrouds.
For completely black housings, they look good but the light from the 1 turn signal bulb is reduced. The bulb is in plain sight in the housing so there is still plenty of light. I'm going to combat that with led yellow turn signals. I can give you a demo of black housings and incandescent lights tonight. Or you could leave the reflector chrome and all else black. Not sure how that looks on our housings. For the headlight housing I vote blacked out completely. No reflectors needed.

Yeah i was gonna black out the main capsules, leave the reflector in the corner but black our the rest of it. If you can get a video how they look all blacked out that would be great and if you have other pictures of the chrome and black combo with the shouds.

Maybe if i did chrome shroud and left some of the corner chrome it would balance out. I'm so indecisive

This is the only picture I can find with the corners left partly chromed, with a chrome shroud I don't think it would look too bad.

From a distance the corners still have good output? I planned on getting stealth bulbs.

Im worried about it being seen in daylight.

Those look pretty good, might have to go with chrome shrouds.

Sounds good, when you do LEDs tell how much brighter they are over stock
