I got a question guys. I have an 02 gt with the 3.8. I recently did i fuel system tune up at my shop. You know the ones you hook a bottle up to the the vacuum line and raise the rpm to like 1700. Well i have driven it for like 2 weeks, and my motor idles rough when i am in drive and stopped. It idles smooth in nuetral. I just put new autolite 605 plugs in it. I am running a 180 t stat and a couple other mods. Any ideas of what it could be?

Rough as in what? Engine RPM's fluctuating?
Try checking all of your vacuum lines, they are a common issue. There is a diagram on the underside of the hood near the latch. Especially since you were working with your fuel and vacuum system, its definetely possible you missed or damaged a line, as they are so crowded near the fuel system.
