Running lean- Opinions?

I have run a few scans since my header install and I'm running between a +3% to +11% LTFT. It only goes a little negative when Im punching the throttle. Im pretty sure before my header install my LTFT %s were -3% to +3% or so. My tuner guy said I could bring the car in to have the MAF tables readjusted... I was hoping it was that simple but after reading about 2001+ vehicles having a cat diagnostic test run with the rear 02 sensor I began to think there was a correlation. However, I'm running lean, not rich. I had the sensor in before the headers but unplugged it completely when I installed them. P0420 (or whatever the rear 02 code is) was deleted during my tune and as I said before, my LTFT looked pretty close to zero pre-headers. Any help is appreciated.

No wideband unfortunately and im not even considering STFT... Rich/Lean status parameter flashes rich-lean back and forth, not sure if thats worth a **** or not. Im showing like no KR whatsoever either, wouldnt lean cause some KR? I just thought LTFTs were supposed to stay plus or minus 5%....

Edit- My knock sensors are working, I see blips of like .2 and .5 here and there.

Okay, Slightly rich for protectiOn. But 0 constantly would be best, right? Plus or minus 5 is an ideal range considering it likely won't stay at 0 all the time

So, without a wideband, using only a scanner and the fuel trim readings, I am unable to see exactly if my a/f is ideal? Is that what I'm understanding?
