Rubbing sound when turning hard nothing touching tire?

So the GTP sounds like somethings rubbing around the front left tire when i turn to the right. the fender is trashed from some thing, but i checked with the wheel turned and nothing seems to be touching the tire.
I know i need an axle, but i doubt thats making the noise, any thoughts?

If the fender is trashed, it's probably just flopping in the wind hitting the tire when you turn, or a wheel bearing going out.

does it at slow speeds like 1-5 mph doubt its wind

same sound 3 different bearings, original, cheap replacement, now with the AC delco

My Allure does the same thing - nothing is rubbing the tire but it sounds like it is...
Let me know if you figure anything out.

you have F body brakes? it could be the brake line if you have SS lines.

Now here is a question does the tire sit in the center of the wheel opening?

Sorry for the delay yesterday was hectic. took the plastic fender cover off the top, Still has the noise.
There is no brake dust shield that i can see.
Stock GTP brakes (looking to upgrade but not yet) so no SS brake line.
Only does it going forward, with the wheel almost fully right turn.
