they should fit just fine, but the offset is the only thing thats going to make them rub. it doesnt list it there so i dont know.

18s on stock suspension usually are pretty well off and wont rub, but being lowered may pose a slight problem. honestly, if they rub its going to be on the fender lips. all you have to do is get a heat gun and a mallet and go to town.
 
22's will rub with anything bigger than a 30 series tire on stock suspension. it kinda rubs now when you have someone in the backseat and you make a hard corner. so dont worry your 18s will fit fine.
