Rpms drop under slow acceleration at 45mph

Ok lately I've been having my rpms drop at 45-50 Mphs. Usually happens under slow acceleration. If I punch it it'll shift fine and shows no issues. Any ideas? I was thinking cat but that was just replaced 3 days ago. Trans was rebuilt maybe a month and a half ago. Also, what's the vacuum reading at idle. Mines was saying 15.9. I'm thinking that's wrong. Thanks guys :)

Thats alittle high at idea, usually its like 13-14
Over drive kicks in around that speed and drops the rpm down like 3-400. If thats what your talking about

Got to go hunting, take a can of carb cleaner, start car, spray lines and hoses with the carb cleaner(not all at once spray in small areas) when you hear the engine rpms go up in youve sprayed over the leak, then start zeroing in on the leak

Vac tree.

Any of those lines.

Any of the T's or connections on the line from the FPR to the LIM to MAP.

Gasket leaks, if you ever taken the blower or TB off.

EVAP hose to TB.

Follow any vacuum line.
