Rough start

I have a N/A 06 GP and when i try to start it (warm and cold start) it will surge and die. It starts the second time but roughly and then runs perfect after that. Any idea what this could be? I recently changed my oil and installed a new head unit; im not sure if this has anything to do with it
 


might be fuel filter , had a acura back in the day and the idle would flucuate bad on cold start , how many miles on the car? has it ever been changed ?
 
probably the head unit. doesn't seem related, but my car has gone to crap since i put mine in. ran fine for 2.5 years and for the last 0.5 of a year something new has gone wrong once a week. darn black magic curse killed 2 engines and made an attempt on the third. So in your case it may only be the beginning...
 
How many miles are on this car? Could be a gummy throttle body, dirty maf, massive random vacuum leak...

What he said.

Sort of sounds like what you go through when tuning a cammed car for idle.
So that means, possibly vacuum leaks (intake manifold gaskets, tb gaskets vacuum lines fell off), dirty throttle body, air filter, intake hoses.

and SES light?
