Definitely looks like a MAF sensor issue. Throw a new one in there and see how it works out.
 
Try unplugging the MAF first and see if it runs any better. If it does run better, sure sign the MAF is bad. If it doesn't run better, it doesn't rule out the MAF though.
 
im having that same problem. And im trying to fix it. I will photo copy my AllData sheets for you they tell u how to fix it
