Rough Idle Etc. Problem

I've had multiple problems with my car that I believe are all connected. I think I have it narrowed down to two possibilities so I thought I'd ask you guys and see which one you think it is or if it is something different.

My car has a rough idle, sometimes RPMs surge while sitting there but it also has been known to bounce around. The car has stalled sometimes while coasting down a hill, up to a stop etc. and while sitting with the car in drive (this hasn't happened while in park that I can remember). And sometimes while idling the car seemingly looses power (the engine seems to run softer, A/C blows not as hard etc. but it usually only lasts a few seconds). It also shifts roughly at times. I think it is either the torque convertor or (hopefully) the coil pack. What do you guys think?

I have a 02 GP GT no current mods. For maintenance over the past year I have changed the transmission fluid and filter, air filter, oil and oil filter, fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, cleaned the MAF sensor, new water pump and serpentine belt

I'll take a look at those when I come home in a couple weeks. Hopefully it isn't the torque converter.

Yeah, all you can do is start with the simple stuff. I think most of the times torque converter locking issues is caused by the solenoid and sets a code.
