rough idle 02 gtp

i have a 02 gtp that is missing i can hear it in the exhaust but it will pick it up an drop it back and forth. I have changed plugs, wires coils maf sensor, idle air control valve, o2 sensors. the car runs great at about 1300 rpm but engine runs ruff below that. Also there are no engine codes an have checked for vac leaks 2 times now and nothing just got new trans in it 2 days ago so im in need of some possible answers.

well i went out side an was messing around with the wiring to the injectors on the back side of motor an i found out that two wires were broke to injector #6 man im glad this is over an fixed now thanks for your help!
