Rocker panel moulding bracket for 2000 GTP?

Anyone know where I can buy the rocker moulding brackets for my 2000 GTP? Im replacing my rocker panels, which are totally rotted. The brackets that the rocker moulding attaches to are completely shot. Ive seen the moulding/bracket sold as a pair for $300.+. My moulding is fine, just need brackets...PLEASE HELP!
